Trying to reconnect with an old table tennis buddy I used to practice with in Houston, Tx. His name was Zvonko Basaric, and he was one of the top players back in the mid 80s when he first came to the US. If anyone knows his contact info so I can say hello I'd appreciate it.

Win the U4200 doubles with Sri yesterday. We were the lowest seeded team on paper, but I think we were both underrated a little. The tournament at Paddle Palace was run very well and the competition was very tough. It’s been a while since I’ve played doubles in a tournament, but it was a lot of fun.

Hello to everyone! It’s been a while since I posted anything here. I’ve moved to Portland Oregon from Indiana a couple months ago and am now playing at the Paddle Palace club about 3 times a week.
The club is a great place to play. They have 10 tables setup and are open 7 days a week
Monday nights they usually have training with coach Christian Lillerois and Jiwei Xia. I attend the classes with Jiwei from 7-9pm. It’s been a long time since I trained like this and I’m getting older now, but I really enjoy the training and the exercise.
I’ve had trouble with my FH for the past several years, so I’m really devoting a lot of time to correcting it. I’m also taking private lessons from Christian to work on my game. Christian was the coach for my college team 35 years ago at Anderson University in South Carolina. It’s nice to reunite with Christian.
I’m still selling equipment for Joola and am now selling Pickleball equipment as well!
I’ll post updates regularly now and I hope all of you are doing well.

Since moving to the west coast in June I’ve been playing at the Seattle table tennis club located in Bellevue, Washington. They have a very nice club with 12 - 14 tables.
They have so many good players and coaches, and I’ve just been concentrating on my game.

Last night I went and played some Doubles Pickleball with Seun at Meadowland Park. They have 4 new courts dedicated to just Pickleball and they are crowded every night with lots of good players. Last week when Seun came over to my house and did some table tennis drills with me I took him out to one of our neighborhood Pickleball courts for the first time to practice with me. He picked it up very quickly and did well, so last night I took him to the park's new courts and we played about 5 matches. We won 2 and lost 3, but Seun played well and plans on continuing to play this sport that is growing so quickly. Joola makes some excellent paddles and I'm now selling Pickleball equipment in addition to table tennis equipment. If some of you TT players haven't tried it yet go out and give it a chance. I think you'll like it!

Hello everyone,
I have several Joola blades for sale at my home if anyone is interested. I will be playing at the church club in town the next couple of Thursdays so stop by if you'd like to play a match. I will also have some of my blades and other equipment on hand if anyone is interested.

Whiteland Community High School club located at 300 main street in Whiteland, IN has a club they run on Wednesdays from 5:30 - 10pm and normally on Saturdays from 11 - 2:30pm. Contact Brian Kuchaes at 317-441-5732 if you have any questions.

Lawrence United Methodist Church will be running a table tennis club on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm - 9:30pm and from 12-4pm on Sundays. The church is located at 5200 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis IN, 46226.
They have a nice club there with 4 of our Joola tables and some of the blue flooring we used at SpinBlock. Please stop by their club and check it out sometime.

Before I opened the SpinBlock club I used to run a club at the Monon center in Carmel. One of the players I used to practice with regularly was a student working on his MBA at the Kelley school of Business at IU. His name is Vladimir Shukyurov and he and I became great friends. After he graduated we threw a going away party for him at my house and he moved to Kiev in Ukraine. He was originally from Russia, but moved to the Ukraine after graduating.
I reached out to him earlier today to find out how he is doing and he informed me he has fled the city with his family after their apartment was bombed. He is doing ok, but I told him I will pray for him and family's safety and that the fighting will end soon. Please join me in saying a prayer for him and his family and for the fighting to come to an end.
