Before the Coronavirus put us all on lockdown, I was fortunate enough to attend a red dot pistol class with a great group of guys and girls. Scott’s class was my first formal RDS class, although I’ve been competing with a dot for about a year. I feel like I made more personal gains in this 2 day class than I have in any other. If you have the opportunity to attend a class, just do it!

Dan of going over the details of recoil management. If you have the opportunity to attend one of his classes I would highly recommend it. One of the best handgun classes I’ve been to.

I had the pleasure of training with Dan from this week. We got dirty, shot a lot of rounds and did some great training. I was truly impressed with the level of instruction as well as the caliber of students that attended this class. Good work all around guys!

I’ll be teaching an intro to competition class later this month for anyone interested. If you’ve been wanting to try 3 Gun or USPSA, this class will be a great introduction to the specific safety rules and commands of competitive shooting as well as focusing on a few specific skills.
