Kudos to former Church of RocknRoll volunteer Jesse Moore for making this list. During his time at Slabby, Jesse almost single-handedly turned our back room into a secondary venue (aka, The Church), helped rebuild our main stage, coordinated the other volunteers, and generally took on anything that he saw needing to be done. His tireless support for the a/a DIY scene in PDX is an inspiration.

Closing Time: 2014 was Barmageddon in Portland. You don’t have to stay home, but you can’t go here. A world was ending.
