Big News! After 43 years housed in the Portland Police Bureau, WomenStrength is now housed within the City of Portland under the Community Safety Division (as of July 1st). We hope this transition will help reach the communities that were marginalized by the association with the PPB, specifically communities of color and the LGBTQ+ community. We are still teaching virtual classes in September and October and will start in person classes with an updated curriculum in November. We are very excited about this new move! Stay tuned for a new name and new website and updated page. Thank you all for your support over the years, Good things are coming!
