We're looking for a Real Estate Handy Repair Man with great experience within the repair world!

Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: $27-30 / hour

Skills / Experience Desired:
- Repairs (smoke alarm installs, repairing decks/railings, etc)
- Installing appliances
- Interior & exterior inspections
- Diagnostic / assessing issues
- Scheduling repairs with tenants & communicating with outside vendors as needed
- Removing garbage / dump runs
- Painting & drywall
- Valid Driver's License

You will need to provide proof of a clean driving record upon acceptance of the job. There will also be a background check before we can offer employment. Applicants will need to have their own work truck/van and basic toolsets for use on the job. Mileage is reimbursed when using your own vehicle for company tasks.
