Blue Pearl | Recently Completed
Blue Pearl is officially complete. The performance of a building envelope directly impacts long-term maintenance costs, moisture management, and energy efficiency. When exterior systems are installed incorrectly, the cost of repairs and remediation can far exceed the initial investment of doing it right the first time.
At Exteriors Design, our approach focuses on proper sequencing, proven waterproofing and WRB systems, and precise installation across every phase of the façade. On recently completed projects like Blue Pearl, the attention to detail behind the finished exterior is what helps protect the building for years to come.
A high-performing building envelope depends on more than just installation—it depends on sequencing.
At Hyas Point, different phases are moving simultaneously across the site, from WRB and window integration to façade panel installation. Proper coordination between these systems is critical to managing moisture, air control, and long-term building performance.
