On this 2023 National Record Store Day, we've decided to release this live recording from October 16, 2021. We were asked two weeks prior to the show to open for the fabulous Portland band Eyelids, so we hastily got our s**t together as best we could, rehearsing with our pal Josh Mathys on drums and excitedly re-entered the world of live music for the first time since the big pandemic shut-down. First night out, and we got to play onstage. Everyone was having special feelings, feeling a sense of freedom, and then things shut down again soon after, so it really was a unique night. Luckily, we requested it to be recorded by the sound engineer at Mississippi Studios, and here we present our 4 favorite tracks of the set. Track 2 is a Sandy Denny cover called By The Time It Gets Dark. Though this is not a vinyl offering on this special day, it is an offering of music we hope you enjoy.
