Big news: Captain Mowatt’s is a proud sponsor of the Flames to Freedom event! The tall ship ‘Lynx’ will sail into Portland Harbor on Saturday, September 20 to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the burning of Falmouth by British naval fleet officer Captain Henry Mowatt.

The two day event line up includes:
Friday, September 19: Afternoon Sail aboard the Lynx
Saturday, September 20: Harbor Bombardment
Reenactment (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
Saturday, September 20: Walk-The-Deck of the Lynx (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
Saturday, September 20: Flames to Freedom Reception aboard Lynx (4:30 PM - 7:00 PM)
