This morning, Executive Director, Tony Vezina , met with the Portland Fire & Rescue team to personally thank them for their rapid response to the recent fire at our 4D Recovery Family Campus.

Their quick action helped save critical parts of our building, and we are deeply grateful for their professionalism, care, and commitment to our community.

Special shout out to Fire Chief Lauren Johnson & Andy Ponce, Emergency Operations Division Chief, for leading such an amazing team. Thank you to the entire Portland Fire & Rescue team for all that you do for our community. 4D thanks you!

4D Recovery continues to serve adolescents ages 14 to 17 and families across Portland & Salem.

While the fire changed plans for our new campus, it did not stop the work. Our youth recovery services continue every day through our Portland & Salem locations.

Services currently include:
• Outpatient substance use
• Recovery mentoring & peer support
• Family programming & support groups
• Mental health therapy
• SUD IOP groups
• Assessments & one-on-one support
• Recovery community and connection

On May 8th, we proudly celebrated a major milestone, the official ribbon cutting of 4D Recovery’s Bend location in Deschutes County.

This expansion represents an important step forward in increasing access to recovery support services for youth and young adults in Central Oregon.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this moment. We are deeply grateful to our speakers, community partners, local leaders, advocates, and supporters who helped make the day so meaningful. Your presence showed the strong community support for expanding peer services for young people in rural and underserved communities.

Opening our doors in Bend is about more than expanding services, it is about building lasting relationships and creating spaces where recovery is visible, supported, and celebrated.

We are excited to continue growing alongside our partners in Central Oregon and look forward to the work ahead together.
