Thursday 5/21/26 we are turning 18!!! Celebrate with us from 11:30am-11pm. Diamond and Aaron will be rocking a gratis BBQ set up on the deck for all you come to enjoy. We appreciate being able to slang y'all biers for all these years. We’ll be tapping some special kegs and pulling out a bunch of cellar dwellers (bottles) from 2008! Come in and say cheers!

Gasharoo 17!!! Saturday May 9th 2026 will be our 17th year of celebrating all things Allagash. We will have 14 draught offerings and a plethora of brewery only bottles available. In addition, we will be hosting for an Allagash-inspired stained glass pop up!!!

Saturday April 25th 2026 is Zwanze Day! We are again humbled to be chosen as one of the few places in the world to pour the exclusive Cantillon one off. This year we are being blessed with not one but two Zwanze beers. Artémis La Blanche and Artémis La Rouge. Jean worked with Vermouth Sullivan to create 2 unique vermouth-inspired lambic beers. The international tapping happens at 3pm! We will be selling tickets in person at the door on April 25th at 11:30am when we open. There will be 6 Cantillon beers in draft throughout the day in addition to several special bottles from the vault! In addition, there will be a ridiculous draft line up as we pull out all the stops for this special day 🍾

Saison Day 4/18/26 - In late April we like to welcome the changing of seasons with - Saisons! Joining in the celebration set forth by Allagash, we tap
as many saisons from around the world as we can get our hands on. Grab a glass and enjoy a refreshing farmhouse ale outside!

Tipo Pils Day 2026 - Thursday April 9th well be tapping a special one-off version of the Original Italian Pils, Tipo Pils! To add to the fun, we will have a handful of other Italian-style Pils on tap. See y'all at 3pm!

Orval Day 2026 3/21/26. The special day is here. We will be featuring 4 vintages of Orval ranging from 6 - 48 months in age. Belgian-inspired food specials and a plethora of Orval swag are in the house. New this year, this event kicks off Trappist Beer Week! We are featuring every Trappist beer available in Maine.

Pliny Day 2026 - 2/21/26 - we will be tapping all of the versions of Pliny including the coveted Pliny the Younger. The brew team is calling it “the best batch yet”. In celebration of the special day we will also have plenty of other Russian River offerings available. See you Saturday 👀

Novare Res will be closed for business on Friday 1/30 in alignment with the General Strike to protest the continued presence of ICE in our communities.
We decided this in accordance with staff consensus, and to allow staff to participate in additional direct actions and community initiatives.
Many small businesses both in our city and in our country have been forced to close their doors due to the threat of ICE persecution. The food and beverage industry owes so much to the flavors, influences, and labor of immigrant communities; as a part of Maine’s vital and dynamic service industry we feel strongly that our friends, neighbors, collaborators, patrons, and workers cannot thrive when immigrants’ human and constitutional rights are being threatened right here in our state.
We will be closed on Friday to send a message of solidarity to restaurants and workers here and elsewhere in the US that we are willing to act collectively to protect the rights of all.
We will be closed to show our immigrant neighbors that we love and value their presence in our city and are standing with them.
And we will be closed to send a message directly to our lawmakers, local and national, that we want ICE defunded and OUT OF MAINE.
