Many people say they only eat at their dining room table a couple times a year, but when it’s the first room guests see walking in, and the passage from your primary suite to the kitchen runs right through it, well… it darn well better be easy on the eyes🥰. Fortunately, this homeowner & I share a love for green, and modern midcentury aesthetics that are present with the green grasscloth adorned walls and custom walnut table we had made by a talented woodworker.

Kids’ bathrooms are often overlooked as a renovation priority, but when the bathroom has carpet, it moves up on the list! We kept it simple by maintaining the original layout, and upgrading the fixtures & finishes for a more contemporary aesthetic that is easy to keep clean.

We majorly upgraded their shower size & functionality, gained some vanity width, installed heated floors, brand new windows & shades, custom shower glass, curved out some rough angles & of course, installed ALL new lighting and fabulous finishes ✨
