👀 Fertilisation check time ⠀

On the day after egg collection, our scientists examine each oocyte to see if fertilisation has occurred. Normal fertilisation is defined by the presence of 2 pronuclei (one from the s***m and one from the egg). ⠀

Although we hope all eggs collected achieve normal fertilisation, please remember it is common that some eggs either abnormally fertilise or do not fertilise. ⠀

If you have any questions about how your embryos are developing, please do not hesitate to ask your scientist!
