63% of neurodivergent employees say they’ve masked at work.
Many workplace cultures reward conformity without recognizing the toll of hiding parts of yourself just to fit in. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re exploring how masking contributes to burnout, stress, and disconnection at work.
Workplaces that prioritize accessibility and flexibility see stronger retention, sustainability, and long-term team success. Because when workplaces are designed for disability, everyone benefits.

Congratulations to Relay Resources CEO Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke for receiving the Civil Rights Champion Award at the 2026 Liberty & Hope Awards hosted by the League of Minority Voters.
Dr. Jennifer was honored alongside other prominent community leaders including U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley, Congresswoman Janelle Bynum, and Washington County Commissioner Nafesa Fai.
This recognition reflects years of advocacy grounded in action, from advancing voting access and disability rights to building pathways to employment and belonging for disabled people across Oregon.
Under Dr. Jennifer’s leadership, Relay continues to push for systems change that recognizes disabled people as an essential part of every workplace, community, and movement for justice. That work has always included showing up in solidarity across intersecting identities and communities, because disability justice cannot exist in isolation.
We’re proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and the impact of leadership rooted in lived experience, community, and accountability.

Want to attract top talent? Provide interview questions to candidates in advance.
With 1 in 4 Americans being disabled, restrictive hiring processes mean your system excludes a huge demographic of qualified professionals.
Candidates who have adequate time to prepare are more likely to demonstrate their true capabilities rather than on-the-spot recall.
Because when you design for disability, everyone benefits.

Over 1 billion people in the world are disabled and the systems we build online determine whether everyone can fully participate, connect, and access information.
This Global Accessibility Awareness Day, we’re sharing a digital accessibility checklist with practical tips for creating more accessible emails, documents, presentations, social media content, and more.
Accessibility is something we build together, and small changes can make a big difference in helping more people fully participate and belong.

We’re proud to work with Partners in Diversity as their Accessibility Partner for Say Hey!, the largest quarterly multicultural networking gathering in Oregon and southwest Washington. Say Hey! was created to help professionals of color who are new to the region build community, deepen connections, and feel welcomed and supported.
Accessibility is an important part of that experience. Spaces centered on connection and belonging should be designed so that more people can fully participate, engage, and build community together.

Accessible voting is a structural issue, not an individual one. Here are a few accessible voting reminders and resources that may be helpful for you, your family, or your community!
Oregon offers voting support for disabled voters, including accessible voting options and voter assistance. Oregon Voting Helpline: 866-673-8683
