ChixStix specializes in traditional Japanese style kabobs combined with recipes from multiple cultures. Chixstix is currently open on Friday and Saturday nights, from 10pm to 3am, providing Portlanders with a new option for late night dining (aside from your usual fast foods and bar menus). Open late enough for those boozers out there who, like us, refuse to cook after a long night out. With free
