We have signed a lease for a new location, and one that nearly triples our current tasting hall.
Build-out begins now.
Within these walls shall be found:
🔥 A vast new space— a fresh new adventure for friends new and old
🏰 Private chambers for tastings, celebrations, and noble gatherings
🕯️ Deepened ambiance—old-world, immersive, and alive with atmosphere. Pure castle vibes.

🍯 Wyrd’s Mead shall flow, shared among friends and allies.

If you have ever enjoyed our craft in any capacity, from near or far, we now call forth the banners of the realm to rally together in support of our crowdfunding campaign. We are proceeding no matter what we raise via Crowdfunding. Any support is deeply appreciated.

Scandinavian Christmas Goat Market!
We will be serving food at the Norse Hall this coming Saturday, the 29th, thanks to New Sweden and .
With all-hands-on-deck at the Goat Market this Saturday, we will be closed at our restaurant during the day's event.
Come see us at the Goat Market to enjoy some holiday cheer, singing, dancing, Scandinavian crafts, gifts, and delicious food!
Additional closure this week will be Thursday, Thanksgiving day. Then we reopen Friday, just one day before event day.

During the holiday season, lefse is available on a first come first serve basis, on specific pick up dates which we will post on our website, socials, and in email for those on our mailing list. We cannot accept preorders for lefse during the holidays. With the extremely high demand, keeping track of dozens of orders (and chasing people down when they forget their pick up dates, etc.) just puts too much strain on our team and operations.
Now, here are all the juicy deets 🤗:
For 2025, Thanksgiving fresh lefse will be available Friday 11/21 and Tuesday and Wednesday 11/25-26. We will open early at 10:30 for lefse pick ups only (our regular menu will not be available until 11, sorry).
During the holidays there is a limit of 1.5 dozen per party to give more of the lefse loving community opportunities to enjoy fresh lefse. Please don't be weird and try to send multiple family members to Scrooge off with 1.5 dozen lefse each upon your visit. It's unsightly 🤓
For Christmas 2025, fresh lefse will be available Friday-Sunday 12/19-12/21 and Tuesday 12/23.
There will also be early bird fresh lefse available December 11-12 for those who want to freeze theirs for Christmas. We may announce more Christmas lefse dates depending on availability.
(Any other day we MAY be able to sell up to 6 pieces or ½ dozen depending upon supplies, but there is no guarantee that we will have any extra.)

Your heart might be breaking every single day but Mother Nature is still fighting the good fight and the mushrooms are still growing.
We’ve cooked up some tasty chanterelles in shallot butter and we’re serving them atop toasted sourdough rye with goat cheese and a lovely arugula side salad. Come remind yourself that goodness still exists.
