Women of the Wild Summer Solstice Retreat 2026 is coming around the bend! โœจ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿป๐Ÿƒ

In just a few days, 16 Women will gather and connect in nature; through movement, sound, nutrition, astrology, movement & healing arts workshops, art, self expression, personal discovery, celebration and community coherence.

This is a year long vision and work coming into full fruitionโ€”very soon! I feel so much peace and excitement, I canโ€™t wait to see how the magic unfolds.

Retreats are a time to step away from our normal routines and responsibilities to reflect, feel, connect, discover, express and becOMe.

My work as a healing artist is one of many hats, I love it that way!

Leading Yoga & movement practice, massage, sound healing, retreats, spirituality, building community and creating sacred space for creativity are the portals to my offerings.

I am honored and in deep gratitude for the 16 Wild Souls who entrusted me on leading them on a 5 day transformational journey back hOMe to themselves.

My hope is that Women of the Wild 2026 is the retreat back to re-opening this part of my practice Self Revolution Wellness

Today marks week 6 on the cutting phase of my body re-composition journey.

I have officially hit my half way mark and down 10 lbs! ๐Ÿฅณ

The last 4 years were filled with chronic stress, illness, hormone fluctuations and more. I gained over 20 lbs and didnโ€™t feel or recognize myself anymore.

My sister is a professional, all natural bikini bodybuilder who has won 1st & 2nd in all her competitions and her pro card on her 3rd.

I reached out for her to guide me. So she dialed me into a calorie deficit, shifted my macros and told me to keep walking 10k steps everyday.

I have put all this on repeat for 6 weeks. I weigh & track everything that goes into my body, which I was so resistant to do for a long time. However, it was the shift that actually started getting me results!

I decided to take this journey in layers. There is a few ways to do it. I chose to cut first, strip the adipose tissue down. Within the next 6 weeks, I will begin to train. Lifting heavy 3-4x a week to build and recomp.

Nutrition and a calorie deficit is everything. I have lost a consistent 1.6 lbs a week just by dialing in my food and walking. Nothing crazy, or stressful on my nervous system.

The benefits of this 6 weeks is profound! My mental health is improved, energy levels increased, inflammation & body pain down, sleep better, bloodwork is looking great, hormones are balancing out, confidence is building & so much more.

6 weeks ago, I sat at a crossroads and chose my hard. Itโ€™s cliche, but I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.

My hope is this is a continual journey with no destination. An unfoldment, a coming home and choosing myself day after day through the portal of fitness. Brittany Adams

Hey! Back by popular request .andria and I are leading a couple half day micro retreats summer 2026!

These retreats take place on a magical 5 acres of land looking over 5 of the Cascade mountains (Mt. Hood, Rainier, Helens, Adams & Jefferson) alongside Sauvie Island, the Columbia River and Forest Park.

You will have 2 dates to choose from, or attend both!

Each one will be a bit different:

๐ŸŒ—๐ŸŒ–๐ŸŒ•August 15th: We will be basking in the frequency of the recent solar eclipse energies. Yoga practice, sound healing, nourishing snacks, ceremonial grade cacao & meditation around a bonfire in community.

๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒพ๐ŸŒผSeptember 19th: We will be honoring the Fall Equinox. Yoga practice and a special guest! Michelle Lovrich from Drum Circle connect will lead us through a powerful community drum circle. Nourishing snacks, treats and cozy warm fall drinks around the bonfire.

Retreat registration goes live the first week of July! Stay tuned, space is limited.

Celebrating 25 years of practice & 15 years of teaching Yoga this month.

This practice is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Thank you to all who come to classes, retreats & workshops. I have learned so much from all of YOU ๐Ÿ’ซ

I hope this practice has blessed your life with abundant truth and self knowledge. May we continue to grow soulfully and em-body.

8-10k steps a day
30-40 grams of protein per meal
Daily sunlight
8-9 hours of sleep per night
60-70 oz of water per day
Weekly sauna sessions
