I hear a lot of people and companies talk about giving great service. It’s something we are always measuring and striving to accomplish at WFG. By using a net promoter score, we don’t compare ourselves against other title companies, but instead look at companies like Google, Apple, Tesla, Netflix, Starbucks, etc. We actually rate higher than all of those companies except Tesla. Something to be proud of!

Today marks my 12th Anniversary with WFG. What a crazy ride it has been. From walking into offices offices and selling a company that was literally weeks old, and had very few systems in place, to a nation wide company that has been the fastest growing underwriter in the nation.
I have been blessed to work with so many incredible people, learn so much from them, and I’m continuing to learn new things every day. What a ride it’s been and I can’t wait to see what comes in the future.
