Wow. What a week! We’ve been GO GO GO!

So much happening in our business right now.

We LOVE it! We were waiting all winter for this and now we get to celebrate with all our amazing couples!

So what’s next? A little update👇
- This weekend Dom and I are at Hopkins Demonstration Forest and our team, Gabby and Noah, are going to be out at Ghost Hill Cellars in Carlton, OR.
- Sunday, I have a handful of family sessions and Dom is heading out to Hood River for an engagement session. Keep your fingers crossed for us that we have clear skies and gorgeous sunsets!
- We are meeting with lots of new 2027 couples ATM, excited for all the engagements happening!
- We are outfit shopping for the upcoming OWD Best Of Gala! Excited to get all dressed up and network with the Portland Wedding Industry’s Best!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women out there! 💜

As a wedding photographer, I get one of the most beautiful privileges in the world: I meet people on one of the greatest days of their lives and sometimes, I get to watch those same brides grow into mothers. It never gets old and is a cherished part of my life and career.

Motherhood is beautiful. It’s magical. It’s messy and raw and incredibly hard and somehow, still, the most remarkable thing I’ve ever witnessed. There is truly nothing like it.

To every mother reading this: take a moment today. Reflect on the family you’ve built, the love you pour out every single day, and the irreplaceable role you play in this world.

PNW engagement season is in FULL swing and we are LIVING for it.

Downtown Portland → Sauvie Island → the Gorge → the coast. Our team has been everywhere lately, and every single session has been a reminder of why we love what we do.

PSA: If you’re getting married, please do an engagement session. Not just because the photos are gorgeous (they will be) but because it’s genuinely one of the best investments in your wedding day. You’ll get comfortable in front of the camera, build a real relationship with your photographer, and show up on your wedding day like a total pro. 💪
