The Portland Republican City Committee (PRCC) is organized for the purpose of supporting and strengthening the Republican Party in the City of Portland. The PRCC serves as a vital link between the State and National Party and as an organization dedicated to promoting Republican values at the grass roots level. RIP, Sue Abercrombie, long-time PRCC member and GOP stalwart. Sue was also our candidate for Senate District 28.

Perennial Republican candidate in Democratic stronghold of Portland dies at 79 Sue Abercrombie, who was one of the few Republicans brave enough to run in Portland and had committed to another attempt this fall, died unexpectedly while out of state helping a friend recover from surgery.
