Yesterday, Windermere's Devin Zupan spoke with KDRV about the state of the real estate market in Southern Oregon. In response to news that Oregon legislators are set to repeal the state's Wildfire Hazard Map, Zupan also offered advice for homeowners concerned about insurance options should their homes be deemed at risk.

Home listings in Jackson, Josephine counties expected to increase this spring According to market statistics from the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors and Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service, the number of home listings in Jackson County has been decreasing since October 2024.

Windermere is proud to be a longtime partner of the Portland Trail Blazers. You've probably seen our signage in the Moda Center and heard our radio spots on game nights. Over the years, we have also joined the Blazers at statewide community events and on community service projects, including sprucing up Portland-area Boys and Girls Clubs. Recently, two of our brokers—Windermere Realty Trust's Tam Hixson and Brad Thurman--had the opportunity to help lead a home buying lunch and learn to Blazers staff. The afternoon was full of mythbusting and step-by-step guidance to help attendees when they are ready to make a move.
