The Office Assistant reports to the Operations Manager and oversees all aspects of the daily, weekly and monthly duties that assure the proper functioning of the Office. Strong communication skills and good customer service experience a must.

Cascade Radon is now hiring! Installation Technicians are responsible for installing radon retrofit mitigation systems and radon resistant new construction at residential and commercial job sites.
Qualifications:
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and use of construction tools.
• Ability to work safely.
• Proof of OR or WA driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work comfortably with tools on a 40 foot ladder.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs safely.
• Demonstrate problem solving ability.
• Able to interpret system installation plans.
Wage: $16.00 to $18.00/hour

Cascade Radon, the leading mitigation firm in the Northwest, is currently seeking an installation technician to join our ever-expanding team.
We are seeking people who are hard working and willing to learn to apply for a full time entry level position installing radon mitigation systems in Oregon and Washington. Experience in construction, general labor and/or carpentry is preferred and completion of high school a plus. Training will be provided, with opportunities to advance.
Candidates should have general construction knowledge including the use of power tools (drills, roto-hammers, pipe cutting and gluing). Work is both indoors and outdoors (all weather), in crawlspaces and on extension ladders. involves moderate lifting, installing roof flashing.
Candidates desiring advancement will require good work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills, attention to details, and a willingness to learn. Candidates should have references and be willing to undergo a background check and basic drug test. Driver's license and good driving record is a prerequisite.
