Mental Health Awareness Month | Anxiety and Depression Association of America, ADAA
So the novelty of homeschooling and wearing PJ's all day has worn off. But we still have six weeks of home school, and an unknown amount of time sheltering in place. Here are some fun ideas to help motivate your kids, mix things up a little.

How are you doing? These are unprecedented times. The country is shut down, and we are mandated to stay at home for the safety of all. This is causing all kinds of reactions in all of us. Depression, anxiety, grief, difficult relationships, substance abuse, recovery, and stressful situations, are only exacerbated by social distancing, isolation, unemployment or reduced income, homeschooling, and ambiguity about the future.
I have expanded my practice to best meet the needs of my clients by offering phone or video sessions in order to continue to support you in these challenging times.
Did you know that most health insurance companies are covering telehealth services, even if they previously did not? It turns out, that many companies already offered coverage. While those that did not, are covering telehealth for 90 days, it is highly likely that they will need to consider offering coverage on a more permanent basis. Coronavirus is not going away soon, and it is changing the way we offer health services!
Please contact me if you are needing support, and have questions about working together again. Likewise, feel free to schedule (link below) a telehealth session at your convenience!
Be well, Stay Well,
Warmly
