Another successful Resource Fair at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center!

Yesterday's Case Manager Resource Fair was a great success! We had 17 providers in the room sharing resources and connecting with the hospital's care teams.

The energy in the room was fantastic, and a huge shoutout to Three Rivers - every single case manager on duty made time to stop by and gather information. That kind of engagement makes all the difference in connecting patients with the resources they need.

Last Saturday, Erin joined hundreds of others at the Rose Quarter in Portland for the Sole Support for Parkinson's walk, one of Parkinson's Resources of Oregon (PRO) biggest fundraising events of the year. Now in its 20+ year run, Sole Support brings together families, friends, neighbors, and colleagues to walk in support of people living with Parkinson's disease and to help fund PRO's programs, from support groups to exercise classes to their helpline.

It was a great morning of community, connection, and a shared cause, proof that when people show up for each other, it makes a real difference. 💙

25 years later, we remember.

Today marks the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks. A quarter century on, 100 million Americans are now too young to remember that day, which is exactly why the promise made 25 years ago matters more than ever: to Never Forget, so new generations learn its significance and legacy.

We're taking a moment today to reflect on the lives lost, the unimaginable loss so many carried, and the extraordinary bravery, compassion, unity, and service that emerged in the aftermath and still ripples through our communities today.

We will never forget.

This Labor Day, we're taking a moment to honor the healthcare workers and caregivers who show up every single day, through night shifts, holidays, and everything in between. Your dedication doesn't take a day off, so today we celebrate you.

To everyone caring for patients, family members, and loved ones: thank you for your strength, compassion, and quiet heroism. 💙

And to all of us lucky enough to have the day off, enjoy it! Rest, recharge, and soak up some time with the people you love. You've earned it.

Gloria Steinem passed away this week at 92. Before her, a woman couldn't open a bank account on her own, couldn't count on equal pay, and often had no way out of a dangerous marriage. She spent her life changing that, pushing for the right to vote, the right to work without limits, the right to leave and be believed.

She co-founded Ms. magazine, helped launch the National Women's Political Caucus, and spent decades speaking out on domestic violence, the lack of affordable child care, and unfair hiring practices. In 2013, President Obama awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor. She was later inducted into the National Women's Hall of Fame and received a lifetime's worth of honors for her writing and organizing.

Our team was built by a female entrepreneur. Our families are led by women. The freedom to run this business, to make decisions for our own households, to show up for the communities we serve, that's a door Gloria Steinem helped open.

We're grateful for her, today and always.
