0-1 tool steel parts cut on our Sodick Wire EDM with a .010" wire.
This video shows live tooling machining both ends and a notch on a phenolic spacer. This part is completed in one operation.
The second half of this video is just a closer look.

OK, so who said you can't drill a square hole in steel? This part was "drilled" on our Sodick Wire EDM. 1/4" hole with a 45 degree bevel on one corner. 1-5/8" through.

Cambridge Precision has added an Accu-Tapper to our tooling. This machine, with auto reverse is a great accessory to our line up of CNC machinery.
Cambridge Precision is getting a new coat. On the roof that is. We all know how much it rains in Oregon ;)
