I am not trying to stir up any controversy, I simply do not know Oregon's election-reporting software well enough to explain these anomalies.

The denominator of "Active Registered Voters" should not change -- that should have been locked in on May 1 with the most-recent update. And certainly not be changing on election night during an active ballot count.

At 9:45 it shows 3,088,201 active voters

At 10:45, an hour later, it drops to 2,967,511 — a difference of 120,690 voters

At 4:45 am, it shows 3,018,414 — an increase of 50,903 from 10:45pm and -69,787 from the start at 9:45pm

As of this post, no new totals on either votes or voters.

Does anyone have familiarity with the system and why that denominator changed twice? "
