The Independent has a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu depending on the time of our game(s). They are also very family-friendly. We will have our usual weekly raffle.

Please note that there will be other games on before ours so if you show up early just let Joe (the manager) know and he will accommodate your needs until our game is ready to kick-off. Please do not sit in any other reserved areas unless Joe sits you there.

The 2026 Ohio State football season is here!! Please join us at the Independent Sports Bar and Grill on Broadway in downtown Portland for all of our 2026 games. Our first game against Ball State kicks off tomorrow morning at 9:30am Pacific. Doors open 30 minutes before kick-off.
