One of our earliest projects. Limited to renderings for the listing but we did model the entire building.

At VPS, we also specialize in steel detailing. Our latest fast-track project ended up totaling 509 sheets of layout and assembly drawings as well as 121 complex part drawings. DWG and STEP files of complex parts were exported for automated fabrication.

The entire project was made up of over 5,819 steel pieces, not including fasteners.

A highlight of the job was the two-story decorative wind screens shown below.

Another building with an assist from our team. VPS was contracted to provide permit documents for Local Plumbing on this one. Nice to see it wrapped. Although there was no need for 3d coordination on this existing building, our permit drawings are always model based and ready.

The addition of an educational occupancy on the second floor of this existing type 5b office building brought its share of challenges.
