I’ve spent countless hours standing in my shower, desperate for a way to quiet the worries/thoughts in my head. I didn’t even know where to start and what “calm” felt like. That’s why I’m passionate about integrating everyday items with easy, simple, mindfulness tips - and putting it all right on the label so it’s as easy as possible.
