I've accepted this change as a diehard lifetime Blazer fan, however, this was honestly tough to watch this as it brings back a ton of memories.

New home sales rose for the third month in a row | CNN Business New home sales rose in February, climbing for the third month in a row as mortgage rates eased off their highs of the past year and buyers looked to new construction amid historically low inventory of existing homes for sale.
Don't forget to insulate your plumbing, especially if you have an older home like mine!
If you still have old plumbing and haven't been able to update to something like PEX, then don't fret. Get exterior faucet covers, keep your faucets at a slight drip. The kinetic energy of the water movement will keep things from freezing.
Water expands when it freezes and can cause pipes to brake and that is the last thing someone needs at a time like this. I don't want to me messing with water in freezing temps...NO thank you
This would be a good time to get familiar with your plumbing. If you have a home that was built within the last few years, you should be okay as they have come a long ways since the 70's (when my home was built) and in the PNW we should all think about upgrading our insulation, plumbing, electrical, etc...
Having a strong energy rating can provide the piece of mind that your home is secure and working like a well oiled machine

If you are anything like me, you try to think of what's next...right?
Well, it is nothing new, maybe to some, but I feel that #1 is the "information" sector that will see the highest dividends and #2 is Office space(s)...everyone and everything has been re-worked (work from home, hybrid, satellite, etc..) and people are wanting to go back now!
As far as the "information", jobs are created for short term as the servers need a home and that's what will boom as the need to be bigger and faster than the competition continues
Tell me why you think it is not a good time to buy

I've been diving head first into researching REITs and I just recently wrote a report on how things are beginning to ease and investors are unboarding their windows and peeking out their doors again so to speak. They are just double checking the disaster isn't going to happen. Well folks, if there was one...it passed and as I've been conveying for months now, we are still in a strong active economy.
Now is still a good time to buy and this is the lowest prices you will see things at for at least the next 5 years. So good luck waiting for things to drop! Not going to happen
Investors are hoping for the economic tide to turn. The wait may soon be over | CNN Business It's been a harrowing year for markets and investors are tired. Months of sky-rocketing inflation and interest rates, the peaks and troughs of unpredictable economic data, churning geopolitical chaos and warning sirens of imminent recession were enough to make even the most hardened trader weary.
