Highly recommend listening to Heather Zwickey‘s podcast on the COVID vaccine. https://www.naturalmedicinejournal.com/sites/default/files/media/covid_insights_zwickey_vaccines.mp3
Her well researched and experience perspective as an immunologist and microbiologist is VERY valuable in times like these. If you would like to discuss your personal health and decisions around the vaccine, we would be happy to help. ❤️

COVID-19: WHY WE SHOULD ALL WEAR MASKS  — THERE IS NEW SCIENTIFIC RATIONALE 04/01/2020

Time to make a mask my friends, for yourself and others (if you can). You do not need a N95 mask, just a simple fabric or paper surgical style mask. N95 masks should be donated to healthcare workers at the hospital. If you have a mask, wear it when you go out. If you don't have a mask, make one or ask someone to make one for you. There are loads of videos on you tube and patterns circulating all over the internet. A t-shirt fabric or high thread count cotton are great.
***Wearing a mask should be combined with hand washing, surface disinfecting, social distancing and staying at home as much as possible.***

We always ask our patients about their stress level and talk about "good" vs. "bad" stress and how to support their bodies' ability to handle and adapt to stress. We talk about stress management, adrenal support and nervous system balancing and support. This is an important part of our medicine. And mindset is a huge part of this too.

Biologically speaking, we are designed to operate under stress. The question is what is your relationship to this stress? And are you supporting your body, mind and spirit, in channeling this stress into something positive?

Now I know this is easier said than done folks! Especially during stressful times like this. It’s a practice, with ever evolving parameters. And it's definitely something to ponder. . .
