I am learning to lean into my uncomfortable emotions to find out what I am meant to learn, know, or choose differently.
I am learning that true growth comes from getting out of my comfort zone.
I'm still very much in the learning process.

The more I work with spirit, the more I appreciate the value of the connections we help foster. I notice many folks carrying layers of what I'd call "wet blankets," covering up their inner voice and true selves. But as those blankets come off, there's this noticeable sense of relief and lightness. Ahhhhhh….

This is why I’m so passionate about Soul Work! It's peeling off those damp blankets—so liberating. It's like reuniting with an old friend you didn't even realize you missed.
