Born and raised in Portland, Jordan brings an impressive depth of knowledge and passion to every cocktail he creates. His credentials include CSS Certification, a Diploma in Single Malt Whisky from the Edinburgh Whisky Academy, Award T CRT Certification, and CSWS Certification.

His accomplishments extend beyond the bar as well. Jordan was recognized as Punch Magazine's Best New Bartender in 2024 and has been named a Tales of the Cocktail Best U.S. Restaurant Bar Finalist in 2023, 2024, and 2025 for his bar program.

When he's not behind the bar crafting exceptional cocktails, you'll find him on the mat. Jordan holds a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu and is an avid coach and competitor at 10th Planet Portland.

Pictured with his favorite dish, the Canadian Lobster Tail, an impressive 18 oz lobster tail served tableside with drawn butter and lemon, Michael knows a thing or two about dining well. 🦞✨
