Happy 15-Year Anniversary Swiss Hibiscus! And, Happy National Fondue Day! We got to show off our fondue as Swiss Hibiscus was featured on KOIN News AM Extra!

Chicken Piccata Milanese is on special tonight. This dish goes well with a crisp beer or Swiss white wine. Chicken piccata Milanese is also delightful when followed by house made profiteroles for dessert. We have a few tables left. We hope to see you this weekend.

We're open this week Thursday, January 12 through Saturday, January 14.
We will be closed Sunday, January 15 to spend time with friends and family.
Here are the specials for the week: we've got Braised Beef Brisket w/ mashed potatoes. Swiss-Style Painted Hills Ground Beef Curry and Rice Pilaf. And finally for entrees, Fresh Salmon with Dill.
Soup of the week is Cream of Asparagus and desserts options include, Swiss Apple Pie, Chocolate Mousse, and Caramel Custard.
