Oh what fun! When we started planning a tenant improvement for an architecture and design firm, we knew it would be a great project, but the Oh planning+design architecture space turned out even better than we could have hoped. Thank you so much for the opportunity!

I’m a sucker for good before and after photos and these do not disappoint. This was a tenant improvement we helped North Portland Dental CarePortland Dental Care with in their lobby and front office. I hope they are loving their new space as much as we are loving the photos. They were even able to remain open while we were working. If your office is ready for a refresh, give us a call!

Mission accomplished! Schnitzer Properties wanted a vacant space prep in a downtown office to make it more desirable for tenants and it was a success. Here's a little sneak peek at the D1 Training facility coming very soon to Beaverton. With approximately 100 locations nationwide, this will be their first in Oregon. Founded in 2001 by former NFL player Will Bartholomew, franchisees now include professional athletes Tim Tebow, Peyton Manning and Von Miller. D-1 Training is a membership-based state of the art facility that offers training backed by sports science, for groups and individuals. They feature multilayered turf and customized equipment that’s found in Division 1 Universities and offer Scholastic Training, Adult Training and Pro Training.
