We’ve never been a pizza cart we’ve always had artisanal meats and cheeses and house made accoutrement and salads. I don’t know what you’re talking about. Online ordering and Toast delivery available today and we’re here for walk ups! Stay cool! HAGS! ✌️

It’s Saturday. We’re open regular hours, or until sold out, or until one of us (me) gets too hot and starts crying. Whichever comes first.

Tomorrow we will be trying out our first ever heat wave anti-pizza pop-up. Menu includes: meat and cheese boxes with sourdough bread, crackers, preserves, etc. (all house-made), salads, and other fun non-pizza items. Help make it a success so we don’t die this summer! 🥰🏄

Hi everyone, first of all, happy Pride! F**k homophobes and transphobes and bigots generally, eat other pizza or better yet glass, turds.

Second of all, it’s gonna be in the 90s next week. We are dreading our increasingly apocalyptic summer climate and are trying to brainstorm ways we can stay open without lighting the fire on really hot days. Would you buy salads/fancy charcuterie boxes (with house made bread)/desserts from us if we did something like that? Got any other manageable ideas? Throw em in the comments! Love you. 😘

I’m gently reminding you we are closed this Friday. Eat pizza today. Eat pizza tomorrow. No pizza the day after that. The day after THAT? Pizza again. And then also one final day after that (Sunday) before our weekly closure (Monday and Tuesday). You’re not confused. You’re just hungry. For pizza.

Those of you who can only eat pizza on Fridays like some kind of gluten-centric lycanthrope, be forewarned. We will be closed next Friday 6/5 due to myself and the staff leading rich lives outside of work. It sucks to be closed on a Friday and we’d appreciate you ordering a different day if doable! Something blasphemous I’ve been doing lately that I’ve now worked up the courage to tell you about: making the Monk chaotic. Pineapple and pickled jalapeños on this thing go absolutely sicko freak-style mode. I am sorry to both Indian and Italian culture please forgive me I love you all 💕

Coupl’a new ones for ya: The Monk and The Goblin. The former is a butter chicken pizza with sweet pepper chutney that’s similar to one I did 4 years ago in our pop-up era but I finally brought it back because people yelled at me (I am susceptible to being yelled at). The latter is a fresh and funky pesto pie with house made sausage, fontina and red onion. Ya gotta eat!
