Alberta is famous for being an art and food wonderland. You could spend an entire day walking this area, trying restaurants and shopping the unique and one-of-a-kind shops local to Alberta. If you have the means to live here, it's an absolute dream.

Ahhh, Concordia. I love this area. Have you checked it out? Definitely worth taking an afternoon to walk around.

There are a lot of snakes out there, sure...but isn't that the case with any service based industry? To the real ones who have the customers best interests at heart - I see you.

Let's take a second and talk about vibe checks...you'll be spending a lot of time with your Realtor during the process of looking for a home and buying. It's important to make sure you like the person you work with! Plus, a few other red flags.

Here are a few reasons why I do what I do. I love my job, mainly because of the people I get to serve. :)

Slabtown is, simply put, RAD. Really unique architecture, blending old and new elements with a lot of adaptive reuse projects. It's a really amazing area to live.

I love Sellwood for a few reasons. Have you ever taken time to walk the downtown area over there? Such a COOL place to live...
