I am now credentialed with Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross/ Blue Shield. I offer sliding scale for self pay clients as well.
I have slots open for individual and couples therapy, specializing in working with BIPOC, pregnant / parenting and LGBTQIA2S+ communities.

I also have a few slots open for Licensure supervision for clinical associates working toward their LPC, LMFT or CADC I, II or III.

Self care is so important. If you continue to push yourself too far, be it physically, mentally or emotionally the body will say no. Increase your mind body connection in 2016.

We need more stories like this to shine a light on mental health and addiction. I am honored to be another voice adding to this important dialogue and to know the fabulous lady featured in this article.

Availability Update, Return to Practice:
I've had a wonderful maternity leave with my new baby boy. My daughters have both stepped in to the little helper role and simply adore their little brother. I thought I'd take a moment to announce that I will begin seeing clients again October 25th. I have one appointment slot left on that day for a session or consultation.
