The ‘Far in Far out’ programme supports facilitators to follow a dream, and develop and implement a project, focusing at all times on the interplay of inner work (far in) and worldwork (far out), with mentoring support and some seed funds.
Inspired by the spirit of Jean-Claude Audergon... here are the 11 FIFO Projects, and their project leaders!

COLLABORATION BETWEEN PROCESSWOKERS ON CREATING DIALOGUE ON THE TOPIC OF MIGRATION
For two years, a group of processworkers have been working on a joint project on creating dialogue in the field of migration. They saw a polarized field and wanted to involve the people that we don't often hear from - the refugees/migrants and the social workers.
In the countries involved in the project - Germany, Italy, Spain, Schwitzerland and Denmark - Open Forums and workshops were held. There were many deep conversations around the topic of home, migration and responsibility, hopelessness and hope and racism and discrimination, including our own work on our inner racism.
As a result of the project, learning materials were developed that gives ideas and concrete tools on how to use Process Work in the field of migration. The materials include a toolkit, a training programme and an Open Forum Kit.
The materials can be downloaded and used by everybody, and the project partners hope that the materials could be useful to other processworkers as well.
Here is a link to the materials: https://tildeproject.org/materials/ They are available in five different languages, including an easy reading version.
The project was supported by the European Union. The organisations involved were: Altekio Spain and Schwitzerland, Impuls, Comunitazione, Xena and Deep Democracy Denmark.

LET'S WELCOME MIKE PILAVIOS, NEW IAPOP MEMBER AND MAPOF GRADUATE
Mike presents himself and his insights about Processwork here:
From an early age, I have been exploring this magical world of self-discovery and development by doing therapy and trying different kinds of seminars and workshops. From then on, I fell in love with this journey as it improved my external life as well. I see now how working on oneself within informs our life. That realization made me understand how important and powerful this journey is.
We try to find everything outside of us when the truth is that all treasures, everything we ever wanted, is just residing within us, waiting for us to see!
This work, Process Work means a lot to me, as it helped me see a lot of these treasures and better discover who I really am. I have a passion for supporting others to do the same and find their true selves.
I am from Athens, Greece. I hold a Master of Arts in Process-Oriented Facilitation and Conflict Studies from the Process Work Institute in Portland, OR, United States, and a BA in Psychology from Newcastle University, UK. I completed my clinical training through the River’s Way Clinic in Portland, OR.
I offer Individual therapy sessions in Athens, Greece.

WELCOMING NEW IAPOP MEMBER NICOLE MCDONALD
Nicole writes about herself: I am a q***r, white woman currently residing in Portland, Oregon on unceded Indigenous land. I was born and raised in Utah and coming out as a q***r person surrounded by Mormon culture I often felt repressed and like I didn’t belong. Because of my q***rness, introversion, and depression, I felt I could never be accepted as I was, and would always have to put on a different face for the world. However, through therapy, finding q***r community, and the growth and connection that I experienced in school, I found that there was a place I belonged and a place where I could really be honored and known.
I hold a Master of Arts in Process Oriented Facilitation and Conflict Studies from the Process Work Institute and a BS in Anthropology from the University of Utah. I received my clinical training at the River’s Way Community Clinic in Portland, Oregon. I have also volunteered at the Trevor Project as a counselor on the digital crisis line, working with mostly q***r teens and young adults experiencing suicidal ideation or challenges around coming out, gender, and mental health issues.
