Seventeen copies of Maine Suppression sold to the judiciary to be distributed to county courts across Maine, plus one for the Law Court. More sales are likely. Who knows, may be case law in this state will improve?

Ledell Lee. Executed by Arkansas in 2017 and protested his innocence from the day of his arrest to the day the government killed him. Turns out the DNA testing that prosecutors opposed (you’d think they’d want to be sure of the person they were about to kill) and the judiciary said was too late showed no DNA from Lee on the murder weapon but an unknown male. Well, whattayaknow. I hope those prosecutors and judges involved never sleep at night for what they did.
