🍤 Shrimp Fried Rice (Simple Recipe)
🧾 Ingredients
Cooked rice (2 cups, cold)
Shrimp (200g, cleaned)
Oil (2 tbsp)
Garlic (2 cloves, chopped)
Egg (1–2 optional)
Peas (½ cup)
Carrot (½ cup diced)
Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
Salt & pepper
Spring onion
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oil in pan
Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes, remove
Scramble eggs (optional)
Add garlic, peas, carrots → stir fry
Add rice and mix well
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper
Add shrimp back
Toss on high heat 2–3 minutes
Garnish with spring onion

🍕 Quick Beef Flatbread Appetizers (20-Min Recipe)
🧾 Ingredients
🥩 Beef Topping
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion (finely diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp pizza sauce or tomato sauce
🍞 Base
2 large naan breads / flatbreads
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
🌿 Optional Toppings
Chopped parsley
Green onions
Diced tomatoes
Jalapeños
Red pepper flakes
Ranch / garlic sauce drizzle
👨🍳 Instructions
🔥 Step 1: Cook Beef
Heat a pan on medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add onion and garlic, cook until soft and fragrant.
Mix in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Stir well and simmer 2–3 minutes.
🍞 Step 2: Prepare Flatbread
Place naan/flatbreads on a baking tray lined with foil.
Brush lightly with olive oil.
🧀 Step 3: Assemble
Spread cooked beef mixture evenly over flatbread.
Top with mozzarella (and cheddar if using).
🔥 Step 4: Bake
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes
until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
✂️ Step 5: Finish & Serve
Slice into squares.
Add parsley, jalapeños, or sauces if desired.

🍄 Slow Cooker Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
Egg noodles for serving
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the slow cooker.
Add sour cream and stir until smooth.
Cook for another 15–20 minutes until thickened.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy.
