Did you know that 85% of what we worry about never actually happens? Yet, we spend so much energy stressing over “what ifs” that never come true. Instead of feeding fear, shift your focus to the present moment—where your power truly lies.

Emotions are our inner compass, guiding us toward a deeper understanding of ourselves. By tuning into our feelings, we strengthen our connection to our true selves. Embrace your emotions—they’re the key to self-discovery and growth. Graphic by

Boundaries are like an umbrella—without them, you’re left standing in the storm. Protect your peace, your energy, and your well-being. You don’t have to weather every downpour.

Emotions aren’t problems to be silenced—they’re signals trying to tell you something. Ignoring them is like turning off a smoke detector without checking for a fire. 🚨🔥

Instead of pushing your feelings aside, take a moment to listen, reflect, and respond with care. Your emotions are there to guide you, not overwhelm you.

Anxiety has a way of distorting your self-image, making you focus on your flaws and forget your strengths. But remember: others still see the kindness, talent, and good you bring to the table—even when you can’t. Don’t believe everything anxiety tells you. Graphic by

It’s okay to feel scared, angry, or uncertain in hard times—those feelings are valid. Instead of pushing toxic positivity, let’s focus on supporting each other, listening, and standing together. Massive changes are happening, and some people fear losing their rights. Acknowledge their reality, show empathy, and be a voice for kindness and action. We’re stronger together.

I’m excited to share a new direction for this account. What started as a space focused on ADHD support is now expanding to cover emotional intelligence as a whole. My goal is to help teenagers who might be struggling—whether it’s with emotions, relationships, or life’s challenges—and to turn social media into a brighter, more uplifting place.

People with (and without) ADHD use self-stimulating behavior to help with focus, relieve energy, or manage emotions. Typically these behaviors don’t need much managing unless they interfere with everyday life or cause embarrassment.
