Our preloved party kit has been awarded to Sustainable Wymondham, a community group taking action for their town. This kit is the first step in their community lending journey 💚

I’ll admit, handing it over to the courier came with a flutter of nerves. Last time I posted three kits, they all sat stuck in a depot for weeks, with customer services getting nowhere until I emailed the CEO directly. 🙃

So I won’t fully relax until I know this one has landed safely in its new home in Norfolk!

Here at Party Kit Network HQ, we’re in party planning mode.

With 9 weeks to go, I’ve:
🎉 Decided on the type of party
🎉 Booked a hall
🎉 Researched a princess appearance

I’ve also contacted another Party Kit Network member local to me who has a huge library of themed party activities. She’s already sent me lots of ideas. Thank you.

9 weeks out might seem early, but I’m also organising a conference on solar energy in October for my other job, and I’m worried I’ll run out of time for both!

When do you start planning?

Packed an absolute bumper of a party kit today, ready for an event this weekend. There’s still another box to add to this stack with more plates and cutlery.

Here at Party Kit Network we’re about to kick off our annual members audit, counting up the number of single-use items our kits have collectively helped avoid this year.

Last year we logged over 315,000 items. Can’t wait to see this year’s total.
