I just returned from a Retreat at Crater Lake and Mount Shasta. I asked participants to share their experiences, if they were so inclined.

Hi Shiva,
As I reflect on the experience with the fall equinox trip. The most memorable experiences I had, was at Mount Shasta. I sit there and meditated I started to learn to drop everything I had about life and I must say that I felt much lighter to a point where I nearly forgot. It was definitely a place of letting go for me because there was much burden and I felt that those that I written about and some events that happened were let go and the negative charges were removed from those people and events that I written down before the trip and I also let go of family, jobs, people and everything.

When I returned from the trip back to SF, I went home on my own using public buses and I felt stronger and happier especially just being away from the family or even the city!

I also saw a lot of white light while on the trip doing focus meditation and I feel the wind just brushing away all my thoughts and also learning to open my heart, which was amazing. I felt like I have more compassion for things and more love.

Listening to Rama tapes was also much clearer I would like to thank the 3 people who I was riding with on the way to the trip and on the way back because we were listening to Rama tapes for quiet some time and it was very calming and I grasp on the concept much better as well.
