Fall is right around the corner, take this opportunity to enjoy the crisp autumn leaves and join us for a special scavenger hunt! This Friday we'll be taking a trip to visit the new NW library, all while looking for autumnal clues in our Fall Scavenger Hunt. We are delighted to welcome Susie Neighbors back to Friendly House! A yoga teacher with more than 35 years of experience, Susie leads an all-level, eclectic class that blends the wisdom of several yoga traditions. Her teaching incorporates yengar-inspired alignment, Ashtanga, Power Flow, Yin yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and other mindful practices to create a balanced, accessible experience for students of all abilities.

Come join us this Saturday and take part in this special Gentle Flow Yoga class! It takes place at Friendly House, September 12, from 9am-10am. We hope to see you there! ❤️

Our Brentano Grand Opening Celebration coming up on Saturday, September 19th from 11am-3pm! It’s going to be a really fun street party with all kinds of activities and games. We need help with supervising the games, dishing up the food, and then clean-up at the end.

For our upcoming Community Night, come celebrate Hispanic Heritage month! This Friday we'll playing the classic Mexican bingo game, loteria, and drinking some Abuelita Mexican hot chocolate with pastel (cake)! Sit down and play this fun family-friendly game with us while enjoying some classic Mexican sweet treats.
