Where are you able to settle and feel the stillness? For me, it happens when I can make a daily practice of visiting my flower garden. After tending, after watering, after securing new shoots, after cutting dead flowers, after all this, I sit and surrender. In that surrender, the flowers move toward me and still and open my heart.

Poetry is one of the languages of DREAM.

Often I hear that life is so busy and it is difficult to recall dreams. Sometimes we can feel far away from the dreamworld. And perhaps, we are far away from a state of being, where we are able to enjoy the deep aesthetic quality of life as it is. Poems often open me to drift closer to being here.
