We are so excited to have lead our Sunday Slow Flow this weekend 💫

Kolos was born & raised in Budapest, Hungary, where he spent most of his youth training to become a professional athlete. Eventually deciding to quit all sports, Kolos went on to pursue a life of meditation & yoga. He has been teaching a wide variety of yoga, movement & breathwork classes since 2016.
