Everyone’s Irish On Paddy’s Day!

With the Olympics finishing up the next few days we’re sticking with the Italian inspiration (a little French and Spanish too) for this weekend’s special.
 
Arancini stuffed with mushroom duxelles and mozzarella on a bed Hazelnut Romesco to round it out.

Getting back into the swing of specials now that the NFL season is over and the Bills aren’t dominating the specials board.

All dressed up with some horseradish red sauce and some field greens.

Inspiration came from a small sandwich shop in Milan that our KM loved. It’s pretty good!

creates some amazing food and brews out of a pint-sized space on Seattle’s North Waterfront. Our dear friend Chris Elford opened his amazing space in 2022 and is joining us on Wednesday to share some of these treats with us!
Here Today Brewery and Kitchen’s wheelhouse is brewing subtle, lower-ABV beers, which conveniently makes it very easy to have more than one along with a great meal.
Tinker will be pouring Solar Chorus Northwest IPA and Lightning Harp Rice Lager plus a few secret treats.
We’ll also be serving our famous “3rd Best” wings with Here Today’s Szechuan Pineapple dry rub, an unreal pairing with the rice lager.
So come on down to meet our buddy, hear his story, drink his beers, and chase those post-football blues away.

Well, we can argue til we’re blue in the face that the Super Bowl is simply just a Bad Bunny concert without the Bills in it, but we’ve had some time to reflect and we begrudgingly acknowledge that this Sunday the Seahawks and the stupid Patriots are in San Francisco for what we really hope is a better game than last year.
 
We’ll have the SOUND ON, some glutinous food specials, and plenty of screens for you to take in the commercials, halftime show, and maybe a little of the game too.

Bills in Denver tomorrow and we’re bringing out a new Pie.

We’ll be open at the usual time (11am). Game starts at 1:30 and we can almost assure you that it’ll be a packed house. It’ll be a beautiful afternoon so the patio will be in full effect. TVs on both sides with sound outside too.

New Pie: Meat Lovers. Pepperoni and Sausage with a recommendation to add the banana peppers.

New Atomic Wing Sauce too! It’s got that linger heat that we all love.
