We also deep cleaned and re calibrated the throttle body as well insuring the trucks smooth operation.

Additionally, we have serviced the Westerbeke 4-cylinder diesel generator, which also required an impeller replacement. Productive day today. Diagnosed and rectified issues with three tow trucks for our customer today. Replaced an alternator and battery in one truck. Addressed faulty strobe and safety lights in another truck by diagnosing and resolving the underlying electrical issue promptly. The third truck presented EVAP DTCs, which were successfully rectified and cleared. Notably, all three trucks were restored to operational status within a three-hour timeframe, ensuring seamless handover to the night shift.

Yesterday, we replaced a DEF pump in a customer's 2012 F-350. The truck had previously undergone repairs to the DEF system, yet an error code persisted, triggering the check engine light and causing the vehicle to enter limp mode. Upon further diagnosis, we identified a faulty DEF pump and promptly installed a replacement, completing the task just in time for an out-of-state buyer to arrive and finalize the purchase.
