We so enjoyed last night's concert of Shanna in a Dress and it seemed everyone that came was in agreement. Shanna is a phenom that should not be missed. Humorous, poignant, high musicality, excellent guitar work and connection with the audience are part of the experience. So happy she was able to to come again to our series! See her wherever you can!!

This Swedish singer/songwriter played a lot of original songs in English that were wonderful and added some Swedish traditional and original songs in Swedish that were beautiful. She kept us entertained with stories about her songs and travels. We had a great time with her and her husband Jonas!

We just finished having Hubby Jenkins here leading a workshop for musicians and it was a privilege to sit in on his work. He is playing a concert tonight at the Reedwood Friends Church at 7 pm with tix at $28 at the door. If you haven’t seen him you should be there tonight.

We are hosting a CD Release Party by Avery Hill on Sunday March 22nd with doors at 4:15 pm. Avery is a Portland Singer-songwriter, storyteller and a teaching artist known for her thoughtful lyrics, intricate melodies and warm engaging presence. She will have the musicians she chose to record with, both from Seattle. Nova Devonie on accordion and Matt Weiner on upright bass, both seasoned professionals. Come join us for great music and fun.
