This is the morning light in our bedroom. I have not gotten so far as to unpack smaller decor. The master bath has taken some getting used to. The floor steps up to accommodate plumbing. There's a barn door (when shut) that creates a powder bath. When open, it's a master with 3 sinks. Quirky, but part of the charm of making a barn work as a house.

These first couple weeks have been spent getting systems running - well, appliances, AC, etc. I can 😜 and I can't wait to paint over the starkness of the black and white, which, for some reason, is hard for me to design past.

I do want to share "in progress" because I often forget the before, and it's nice sometimes to remember how far you've come.

I had a couple of people ask where to get my candles. I decided to shift and sell my candles along with my jewelry. The marketer in me wants to keep things separate, but realistically, I do not have time to manage 2 brands. I make them for fun anyway! The link to my etsy shop is in my profile.

I spent some of yesterday updating product pics and adding pieces to my etsy shop (you can grab these thru the link in my bio). I love this combo of French cross beads and patina.

I've been using Adobe software for 30 years but have recently gotten into using Lightroom more. Wow, it's so easy to edit and add watermarks.

I finally got these unique earrings added to my Etsy shop! 😍 Opal tubes and decorative watch fob links (from the early 1900s) are combined with vintage brass chandeliers. About 3" long. Link in profile and I'll link in my stories.

These old opals with stunning rosary medals are probably one of my top 5 favorite pairs! They will be on on their way to a new home tomorrow!

I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. They are very lightweight for large hoops. I combined rhinestones, rosary charms and pyrite with patina brass hoops. The rhinestones are links from a broken pair of old clips - they hang down, so you just get little flashes of bling here and there. Nice for every day. I should be able to list these today in my Etsy shop (look for the rustic hoops). If you want to grab them now, just DM me!

What started with a desire to make gifts for Christmas this year has turned into another creative hobby. You can follow me on my other profile if you are interested in the process of candle making.
